Delivery Times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2–3 business days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you choose to collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready and provide collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
